I happened upon some boneless steaks in the freezer, and immediately this dish popped into my head. So with some cutting, seasonings, caramelized onions, and a love for cooking, I whipped this dish up in about an hour and a half. My only regret was that I couldn't get the meat sliced thin enough. Still, it got RAVE reviews!

To celebrate the 1st birthday of Graceville Bike Hub, 120 cyclists met up at the bike shop for a ride around the Brisbane River with Australian cycling legend, Phil Anderson.
Phil was the first non-European to wear the yellow jersey of the Tour de France - claiming it for a day on debut in 1981 whilst matching eventual winner Bernard Hinault in the Pyranees. Phil would go on to wear the Mailot Jaune for nine days the following year after claiming victory on Stage 2.
Phil was the first Australian to win a one day classic, claiming victory in the 1983 edition of Amstel Gold. He also won numerous stage races during his 14 year professional career, including the Dauphiné Libéré, Tour de Suisse, Tour de Romandie, Tour Mediterranean, Tour of Britain, Tour of Ireland and Tour of Sweden.
