El Temple Expiatori del Sagrat Cor és una església catòlica romana situada a la muntanya del Tibidabo, a Barcelona, obra de l'arquitecte Enric Sagnier i Villavecchia i finalitzada pel seu fill Josep Maria Sagnier i Vidal. La seva construcció es perllongà de 1902 a 1961.
És dedicat al Sagrat Cor de Jesús. L'any 1961 va ser declarat Basília menor. Té caràcter de temple expiatori.

Here’s a bit of trivia. So Venice is known for commerce. Nearby Murano (another island 15 minutes away) is known for glass-blowing. Then Burano (often mistaken for Murano, especially by me for years!) is known for making lace.
Much like yesterday, this is another cool town that is about an hour away from Venice. The only difference is that this one requires a water taxi to get here. On the way there, we launched the quad from the top of the boat (which is a 9/10 difficulty by the way) and flew over the water taxi to get this shot. What fun! Actually, from up here, I was surprised to see how circular the town was. You can also see how much more colorful it is than Venice, which typically has more muted colors with pastel feels.

A la costa nord de la Ciutadella de Menorca, ciutat situada a la zona oest de la illa, es produïen naufragis i accidents a causa dels corrents marins i de la influència dels forts vents de la zona de tramuntana. L'impuls decisiu per a la construcció del far va ser el naufragi del vaixell de vapor francès Général Chanzy el 9 de febrer de 1910 del qual només hi va haver un supervivent i 156 persones muertas.
L'enginyer Mauro Serret es va encarregar de dissenyar l'edifici. Les obres van començar el 5 de juliol de 1912 i es va inaugurar l'1 de setembre de l'any posterior.
La instal·lació lluminosa presentava una aparença de grups d'1 i 3 parpelleigs blancs que es veien a una distància de 26 milles. L'edifici està format per dos cossos rectangulars independents d'una sola planta, construïts amb carreus amb cara de pedra vista. La torre s'eleva del terra a una alçada de 11,5 metres.

A pocs metres del far hi ha un bufador on quan hi ha temporals de primer quadrant, les onades entren a les cavitats del bufador surten disparades en forma de grans columnes d'aigua que arriben a altures considerables i es precipiten amb gran força sobre la llanterna del far.

We had planned to go for a dive at Bushrangers Bay, which is usually protected from ocean swells, but conditions were too rough on this day. Took an aerial shot with my Phantom 3, then we dived on the nearby Gravel Loader.

Be sure to check out the video at youtu.be/gk79pikEKcQ Anyway we finally got a few nice days strung together which meant that we drone enthusiasts have little excuse but to get out there and fly. "The homeport has been updated. Please check it on the map. Takeoff.". And fly I did at North Avenue Beach. I saw another drone user out here today but silly me was in the car doing what I should have done last night; charging the battery. I would have loved to have shot this with another drone in my photo. Maybe next time...
