From blue sky and sun at Weston on Trent to a deluge at Findern/Willington so a wait in the car at Willington to see if it would clear the sky. It eventually did. Waiting between the Mainline and Stoke/Crewe route I got a view from the car of an UID 153 on the Derby - Crewe passenger crossing Willington Marina level crossing. Tuesday 8th December 2015

I wasn't thinking of bothering with this wit the light/day as it was until it was down as the 56 leading and running early 56078 takes 5 stored class 60's and 66846 from Crewe to Toton for overhaul for Colas Rail passing Willington and Stenson. and my Thursday night chips were still had but at Georges at Chellaston and very nice they were too.
