I headed out north of Prince George last week to check out the night sky. Nothing too interesting that night, but it was a beautiful sunset and I was happy to get out again.

With the news of the Arriva Cross-Country HST's being taken out of service on September 18th 2023 and three power cars in retro liveries I tried a few times to get out for a photograph, especially if 43007 in the blue and yellow of the 1980's was out/leading the train. 43007 / 43184 pass Portway, Tamworth on Thursday 17th August 2023 with 1S51 1227 Plymouth - Glasgow Central Arriva Cross-Country service.
