A transparent life (explored)

well, there's too many people

and they're all too hard to please...

well, my head's full of questions

my temperature's rising fast

well, I'm looking for some answers

but I don't know who to ask

but I'm walking and wondering

and my poor feet don't ever stop

~bob dylan

This shot still doesn't express the chaos, the happines and the hopelessness (nowadays I feel all of them constantly at the same time) in my mind. I don't even try to understand these things separately anymore, I just try to live with them.

Muse - Endlessly

If you'd knew him too, you would expect a nice view of some calm, snowy mountain from his childhood bedroom. Or a cold blue tarn where only birds stop to drink and to break the silence. Anyway, I'll love him endlessly.

Time passes in a very strange fashion when you concentrate really hard on not forgetting anything. Two weeks ago (when this picture was taken by Steph, thx for it) I was trying to understand the sedimentation processes in these lacustrine layers while not falling into the ravine in Transylvania. One week ago I was painting a landscape of Cretaceaus rock towers of from the terrace of a Czech castle. Three days ago I walked along Morava trying to burn the colour of the moonlight on the river, the industrial buildings and the rabbits into my memory.

The morning sunshine the day before yesterday found me sitting with a mug of instant coffe on a pier watching the fish under me, surrounded by the hills of White Carpathians.

If I could choose I would spend my entire life skipping from one landscape to the other with a hammer in my hand (and a brush for Neogene in the other :P ) deducing and learning stuff from brilliant people. But from tomorrow for one and a half month I will be really strict, just sitting and working patiently, writing down stuff. I'll try to create something I can be proud of.

A long weekend • Unha longa finde

Another shot before going into town. I've lost a LOT of weight, but I still am big around the damn neck...

Today has been a long day. Today I had my first full day of full time work at my job since I've been in school. These means during lunch I wander around the Arlington downtown area in search of food. As a result, I'll be posting images from those walks and the things I see as I walk, looking for the little details of the day.

As for today, the sky was simply wonderful as magnificent cumulus clouds rose like mountains in the air. At least, until around 4 o'clock when a storm front moved in and tried to flood the warehouse.

Currently listening to The Tallest Man on Earth's Wild Hunt, which is a simply amazing album.

Patrick Wolf - This Weather (Budapest)

Ugh, this was a hard day with a family member getting to surgery and pushing me away. And all those people who don't know me can't understand that I never intend to be unfriendly or disrespectful. I just don't want to trust blindly or to depend on anybody else than that one very special person I live with.

Taken before going into Gallup one Saturday night.

Okay...I hate how thick my neck is yet. Maybe another ten or twenty pounds will cure that...

Taken at the function I was attending.

Manchester United ashtray. The way it makes you move.

Well kind of. I found this interesting that tidal action washed the sand from around this small stone.
