Coming back from our trip to Monopoli (a wonderful fishing port near Bari) yesterday evening I was a bit too late to shoot Ostuni in the last sunlight... But I thought the local Peroni beer served with some olives and the local bread Taralli could make for a nice impression.

Ordinarily I steer clear of Peroni, in the UK it’s well overpriced. Whereas here in Alacant it came in on par with local beers.

The pizza we had after downing 3 of these bad boys was vast, around the size of a cartwheel...burp!
