This is a primary hybrid of Den. tobaense x cruentum. It has been a prolific bloomer for me, this year it bloomed from late January through mid-April, had a wee hiatus, and then continued to bloom from early May until just now (mid-September). The last flower has just spent itself.

Nearly every time I visit Antwerp, its first PCC car no. 7001 meets my eyes, mostly on line 11. Apart from the fleet number, this is the original livery.
