In het eerste licht van de dag passeerde ter hoogte van het voormalige station van Woltorf RTB 186 423 "Clockwork" met de PCC-shuttle van Pernis naar Frankfurt (Oder). Sinds 17 augustus is deze lok bestickerd onderweg en benadrukt de 10jarige nauwe samenwerking tussen Railpool en RTB, die verbeeldt dat deze net zo goed en precies werkt als de radertjes van een uurwerk.
In het eerste licht van de dag passeerde ter hoogte van de markante boom bij Stadthagen RTB 186 421 "EGS" met de PCC-shuttle van Pernis naar Frankfurt (Oder). In blokafstand zou Lineas met een omgeleide Volvo-schuifwandentrein volgen.
De Brusselse lijn 51 is nog geheel het domein van de PCC's van de serie 7900, hier aan het eindpunt Stadion (vroeger bekend als Houba de Strooperlaan). Ze zijn inmiddels 45 jaar oud en dat is bij veel wagens te zien aan de roestplekken, vooral onder de raamlijsten. De revisie om ze langer in te kunnen zetten is geen overbodige luxe.

Two watco GP40s head south along the Pleasant Valley Branch on there way back to Endicott to tie up for the day.
The PCCs crew that morning started along the western portion of the line while we started out eastern, driving from Mockonema to Endicott. When we got to Endicott, there was no sign of any of the three WAMX locomotives assigned to the line. So we asked around the NWGG elevator and they suggested we head north to Sunset as PCC was supposed to pick up a couple loads there sometime soon. Instead, we ran into the 4043 and 4046 curving around the wye at Winona and onto the PV branch. They grabbed a fairly long cut of PCC/CWW/WAMX hoppers assigned to this specific line and headed north. Originally, I thought they might be headed all the way north to Sunset but instead, they only went as far as Willada before dropping the whole train off and heading back south as just power. We chased them back south, however the lighting was not ideal, if they had went all the way to Sunset, we may have got better light for the SB journey. I did end up getting lucky with this shot though. I hadn’t originally seen this spot but as they were headed away I decided to grab a shot anyway and the clouds and train lined up perfectly to give me this shot.

Dezent hellblau und beige waren die Hausfarben der Fahrzeuge des Genter Verkehrsbetriebes bis weit in die 1990er Jahre. Zudem bestand der Wagenpark zu 100 Prozent aus PCC-Lizenzbauten von BN. Wagen 54 wendet als Linie 22 vor dem Bahnhof Gent-St. Pieters

Op 8 juni organiseerde het HOVM in samenwerking met de HTM een line-up bij de remise Zichtenburg. Dit met een knipoog naar de line-up die in mei 1993 plaatsvond bij dezelfde remise bij het afscheid van de PCC. Bijna alle types PCC’s waren aanwezig (op de meettram 1315 na) aangevuld met de drie moderne tramtypes van het Haagse vervoersbedrijf. Met de 1022 werd een ritje gemaakt vanaf het Centraal Station naar de remise. Daar mochten we eerst nog even op ons gemak fotograferen, voordat ook de poorten voor de andere liefhebbers werden geopend. En na afloop werd weer een ritje terug gemaakt naar het Centraal Station. Een erg goed georganiseerd evenement met uitstekend weer om te fotograferen.
On June 8, the HOVM organized a line-up at the Zichtenburg depot in collaboration with the HTM. This is a nod to the line-up that took place in May 1993 at the same depot at the farewell of the PCC. Almost all types of PCCs were present (except for the measuring tram 1315), supplemented with the three modern tram types of the Hague transport company. The 1022 took a ride from Central Station to the depot. There we were first allowed to take pictures at our leisure, before the gates were opened for the other enthusiasts. And afterwards we took a ride back to Central Station. A very well organized event with excellent weather for photography.

Dies ist eine Anspielung auf die Aufstellung, die im Mai 1993 im selben Depot zum Abschied des PCC stattfand. Es waren nahezu alle PCC-Typen vorhanden (bis auf die Messstraßenbahn 1315), ergänzt durch die drei modernen Straßenbahntypen der Haager Verkehrsbetriebe. Die 1022 fuhr vom Hauptbahnhof zum Depot. Dort durften wir zunächst in aller Ruhe fotografieren, bevor die Tore für die anderen Enthusiasten geöffnet wurden. Und anschließend fuhren wir zurück zum Hauptbahnhof. Eine sehr gut organisierte Veranstaltung mit ausgezeichnetem Wetter zum Fotografieren.
Belgiens Hauptstadt Brüssel ist bei Touristen auch durch das Atomium bekannt. Im Verlauf der Linien 93 und 51 besteht die Möglichkeit, das Wahrzeichen zusammen mit Straßenbahnen auf das Bild zu bekommen, wenn auch nur oberhalb der städtischen Bebauung. PCC-Sechsachser 7703 hat am Hospital Brugman das Ausstellungsgelände in Heisel verlassen und strebt Jette entgegen.
Op 18 juni vond de vlaggetjesdag plaats in Den Haag, met verschillende museumtrams als pendel Hollands Spoor - Scheveningen over de route van lijn 11.
Hier zien we PCC wagen 1165 vertrekken van de halte Strandweg, om weer naar Station Hollands Spoor te rijden.
PCC-III #2427 rolls east on Route 15 in the City Of Brotherly Love. It's a sunny Friday morning, and the "jawns" (if you know, you know) are going about their business on Girard Avenue, as I make my way home from a night on the town with a couple expatriate college friends.
On the first day of revenue service in 12 years, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC III no. 2326 is seen departing the Richmond & Westmoreland Loop, heading west towards Girard Ave. Though trolley service on the entire Route 15 was suspended in 2020, service east of Girard and Frankford was suspended in 2012 due to construction work on I-95.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC III car 2322 is seen at Baltimore Ave and S 42nd St during a Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys charter on the subway-surface lines and diversion trackage.
Een naar mijn idee erg mooie verschijning is de gele PCC in Den Haag. De 1165 reed de 18e op lijn 11 als extra lijn voor het HOVM wegens de vlaggetjesdag, wat zich afspeelde in Scheveningen.

In Scheveningen werd de jaarlijkse vlaggetjesdag gehouden. Het Haags Openbaar Vervoer Museum reed voor die gelegenheid met hun museumtrams tussen station Hollands spoor en Scheveningen, over het traject van lijn 11.
De fraaie creme-kleurige PCC vetrekt hier net van zijn eindpunt Strandweg in Scheveningen.
We gaan verder met de krappe straatjes in Antwerpen, waar de PCC's echt tot hun recht komen. wagen met nummer 7056 zien we om de melkmarkt heen draaien om weer richting Berchem te gaan rijden.
