Wasn't going out this evening (Mon) but noticed the sky changing colour out of the window. Dashed down to the local beach just in time for another nice sunset. Just sat on a rock for half an hour thinking .
My heart goes out to everyone in the United Kingdom and all the commonwealths.
As a transplanted Scouser living in Canada brought up British, i always had the highest regard and respect for the monarchy, especially the Queen…. If i didn’t me mum would knock me about.

En juin 2021, Megève semble être en pause avant la saison estivale.
Pas tout à fait désertée, juste arpentée par certains touristes et les habitants.
Le noir et blanc accentue cette impression de vide tout en focalisant l’attention sur les détails de la ville.

June 2021, Megève seems to be on a break before the summer season.
Not quite deserted, just surveyed by some tourists and locals.
Black and white accentuates this impression of emptiness while focusing attention on details of the city.

Lines of fencing and scattered pines guide the eye through rolling farmland that has changed little over generations. Tucked among the folds of the hills, the white farmhouse seems almost hidden within the vast landscape, dwarfed by open sky and long stretches of pasture. It is the kind of evening the Scottish Borders are known for, quiet, expansive, and rich with color just before dusk settles over the land.
