Be Still My Heart [472]. Inspired by the song by The Postal Service from the album Give Up (Deluxe 10th Anniversary Edition).

And then I felt the scrapes

From the slippery subway grate

Oh, how you laughed at my complete lack of grace

But I could not recall

A more perfect fall

Because when I looked up into your eyes

It didn't hurt at all

I spent a few evenings drawing a bunch of victorian terraces for a pattern idea...I think there's a wee bit too much detail in them though.

My great passion, as you already know, is recreating historical fabrics and patterns. here I got some ideas from marie antoinette's time and I think the result is beautiful. You can mix the fabrics and wallpapers and get an amazing result that makes you feel like a princess. .

You can get these patterns in my specially designed collection at bit.ly/2TzgAYR
