Cardboard Boxes

"Cardboard" is a term we often use for many types of boxes and containers, but it isn't used in the paper industry, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Corrugated boxes constituted the largest single component of municipal solid waste in 2009 -- 11.2 percent -- as well as the largest category of of materials Americans recovered 81.3 percent of corrugated boxes for recycling. Recyclers separate corrugated boxes from other paper because paper mills produce different grades of material, depending on what is being recovered.

With the passage of the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003 , certain portions of the electronic waste stream are defined and the systems to recover and recycle them will be administratively regulated beyond the universal waste rulesthat apply to material handling. Rapid Assessment Of Counties by Migrants as Messengers (MaM)

With the rapid approach of the launch of MIGRANTS AS MESSENGERS PHASE 2. Aligning with the main objectives of the start-up phase, a rapid assessment mission will be conducted to gather information on Counties facing high departure rate. The regions of intervention identified were: Lofa and Nimba. Liberia was currently moving out of the rainy season, therefore these regions were accessible by road. Further departure counties will be assessed when the conditions of the road will enable us to. The primary objective of this rapid assessment was to do a ground assessment for future activities implementation. The rapid assessment wa conducted by two IOM staff, a Governmental partene and two MAM volunteers.

All e-waste recieved by Tri Valley Recyclers is processed in the state of California. We never dump in landfills.
