I got up at 5 today and drove an hour to Belchenfluh to take pictures of the sea of fog. When I arrived every parkingspace was parked full of cars!! And there was no more room for my old camera and me on the Fluh!! So I stood with other photographers on the meadow below... It was actually a great natural spectacle - but I didn't expect so much "competition".

This is part 3 of my little sunset adventure at the North Devon coast from the bank holiday weekend. After heading back from Watermouth harbour I stopped at a small picknick car park to watch the sun go down. The views to the east along Hele Bay were fantastic as the cliffs were painted in the deepest red.

The old Throne Hospital has been renovated and is now a commercial building full of offices.
It's nice to see these old buildings given a new lease of life, rather than being left to fall into dereliction.
For a little of the building's history, see the comments section.

I really appreciate your comments and faves. I'm not a hoarder of contacts, but enjoy real-life, honest people. You are much more likely to get my comments and faves in return if you fit the latter description. Just sayin. :oD

Taken out of the window of our hotel. On the left is a big dome, but we couldn't really see it from our window, too bad, because it would be cool if that would be in this shot..
But I like this one anyway, I always like these sort of photos.
Nothing more to say actually.. :)
Enjoy :D
