If you don’t have a reflection look around you and it might be closer than you think, Most if not all photography enthusiasts are fascinated with reflections, they always look at the possibilities of including reflections in their composition, whether its reflections on water bodies , building façades, or whatever the possibilities. For years I’ve been working on this concept (project), many times I’ve been in situations where weather is just great with cloudy skies and some epic sunrise or sunset but nothing unique about the foreground. So just jump above the car , place whatever camera available with you (a DSLR or even in most cases the smartphone) plan and shoot , and you will get beautiful results and the best thing about it, it is natural , in other words it’s not photoshoped. This is a collection of some car roof reflection photographs (nearly half of which are taken by a mobile phone camera), I’ve been taking these kind of photos for years now and I just love it. via 500px ift.tt/1xSpmUu

At work, we have an ongoing debate about our superpowers. I used to say being able to look at any item of clothing and know if it will fit someone. But I think I'm going to change it to parallel parking. I am destined to live in a city.
Here is the advanced research machinery that Brandon and Colby are using to learn real-time control of the parallel port on a Linux box using RT-Linux
Dudley; a city of ambition
Council bosses have highlighted Dudley’s rich history and heritage as the “jewel in the crown” of an application being submitted for city status.
In 2012 one borough in Britain will be given the honour of city status to mark the Queen’s Jubilee and Dudley is among a number of places put in a bid.

Here the higher resolution probe run (with lower resolution probe in parallel but in a lead castle) is shifted up relative to the lower trace run where both probes were nose to nose with the TG-77 Cs-137 source between. Very tight but not perfect energy tracking.
No attempt was made to optimize geometry. With probe(s) sitting flat on a painted wood workbench surface there is a lot of gamma backscattering going on that compromises the peak to Compton ratio. These probes can do better suspended in free air with a minimally supported source.
Since my hardware MCA has coincidence enable and anti-coincidence inhibit functions I am thinking of additional preamps to allow various direction finding and active shielding experiments utilizing other similar and not so similar scintillation probes on hand.

I'm constantly amazed (and sometimes inspired) by this girl... and the intricate ways our lives/stories parallel eachothers... *sigh* God is good, and He sure provides amusement, relief, and companions along the way!

I love to have those stripes of wires in most of my photos. It's full of emotion of waiting.
