Between Keppel and Neola Saskatchewan there is a short section where CN's Wainwright and CP's Wilkie Subs run parallel. Westbound CN M347 passes the quiet CP main near Keppel SK
It's not easy to spot an interesting to look at photograph ... You simply have to be able to see the world around you under a totally new perspective ... You have to be able to see "metaphorically" ...
In the above frame most people see two trees relatively close to one another ...
I see two parallel (in any sense of the term) lives enjoying each other's company under an amazing morning sky ...
The first concept is reality ... The second is photography !!!!

Night photo of a vintage automobile from a decommissioned WWII airfield. Light added from a handheld ProtoMachines LED2 flashlight during the exposure. Photographed before the moon rose, it was rather dark when creating this photo. This began as a cold windy night, and turned into an absolutely beautiful evening, and as a bonus, mosquito-free. Feel free to share.

I took this inside the O2 Dome (formerly the Millennium Dome) in London recently. It's basically a big advertising sign, where waves of colour flow up and along these spheres.
I was in London to visit some friends and also to see my prize-winning photo My Eyes on the Prize? in the Digital Camera Photographer of the Year 2007 exhibition at The Mall Galleries. Buckingham Palace is at the end of the road, and evidently Prince Charles and Prince Phillip pop in to the gallery on occasion, so maybe I'll be shooting some portraits by Royal appointment? ;-)

I set out to capture some buds on the side of our driveway as the rain started to fall, and this scene sort of materialised in the viewfinder and the shutter clicked...!
And in case you're wondering what it is, this is New Zealand Flax; I'll tell you about it one day!
Keep smiling, thanks for visiting my Site, and thanks for taking the time and trouble to leave such kind Comments. It's always nice to hear from you...!
I liked the way in which the same drawn texture could be used for both the water and the sand in this image.
they live so close, they feed from the same source, yet they cannot embrace each other except for the sky, cheerful and sad at once...
This image was taken from the ice road parkway near the boundary between Banff and Jasper. A very large switchback overlooked the mountain range to the south, creating a great opportunity to capture both the road and the milky way. This image was created from 3 separate exposures - one for the sky, one for the ground, and one for the vehicle lights. The vehicle lights image was the tough one - there was only about an hour or so of darkness to get the image done, and apparently almost no-one drives this highway at 1am.
