I was driving west on US 199, and passed a sign for Great Cats World Park. I was curious, so I circled back and parked. This place has 35 big cats, 17 species, mostly used for photography and film, but also education and breeding. I was able to get as close as three feet away from most of the big cats. Was lovely and delightful and amazing. The tour guide put pieces of raw meat on the edge of the cage, so the cats would come over and bit them off.
