Photos I took as a photojournalist for L´Illustré Magazine at Paléo in Switzerland.

This was a re-branding project for Laura Pappas, a health an nutrition coach. She is an upcoming local Philadelphia health activitst and was looking for a new look that would also advocate her new program, "Go Against The Grain/ Eating A Paleo Diet."

This is her first side of the brochure which features 10 Tips For Eating Out Paleo. We were challenged by using all the same content and copy she had in her online e-book.
