Ham and poached eggs.
This was actually terrible, and I'll never make it again. Poached eggs are way too hard to make, and these weren't all the way done. The ham was also too salty...and it wasn't country ham. Pretty sure this made me sick.
In retrospect, I also have no idea how this plate is staying balanced on the counter.

The bike rack is under that snow... funny thing is the snow plow destroyed the rack under there one day while plowing.. silly driver.
