I was falling behind on the challenges and thought I catch up by tackling 5 at once.
A very good friend recently gifted me three pair of shoes in perfect condition to suit my tastes. These are size 9, pretty big for me, but too small for him. Actually, I find they fit well, I've actually worn size 10 on occasion years ago.
I'd never heard of Macbeth, but I'm told they come from Washington state.
In any event these are very comfortable and I love the condition. I've worn these often since I got them.

Went hunting for fly orchids...... were very successful :-) Found around a dozen, some with just a single flower open, others with 2-3 - plus lots more buds.
two more skeins in the "crayons" series. This is what I spin when I don't know what to spin, if that makes sense. This is a classic for me, and I fall back on it when I get stuck.
They always come out a little different, but they do all suggest a box of crayons, tons of colors with no repeats.

Our pair of pumpkins, with a pair of pumpkins from our garden. Another one of our pumpkins (vegetable variety) has been cooked up and is ready to go into a pie this weekend for (Canadian) Thanksgiving.

This Northern Pintail Pair were peacefully eating and resting together among the tules at Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge during our recent visit. The winter colors help to absorb the presence of the ducks where they seek shelter in the tules after long flights.
Factory painted KATO units dressed up with an assortment of details to match each prototype. ESU Loksound 5 installed with LED front/rear headlights and f/r ditch lights; 4053 has dual Scale Sound System speakers while 4010 has a single speaker in the long hood.
