The following picture has been donated to the museum Dhondt-Dhaenens for their annual benefit auction & garden party.
Proceeds of the evening will support the museum's operations and enhance exhibition platforms for artists.
The Paddle8 internet auction closes at midnight on September 2, 2017.
The obscenely talented Carson Ellis has organized an art auction to help a very special school raise funds for a new building.
I'm offering a CUSTOM PET PORTRAIT! Follow the link to bid (and please check out the other amazing commissions and original artwork on offer from a pretty sick collection of artists)

My work is included in the 17th Visual AIDS “Postcards from the Edge” Benefit, which is being hosted by Luhring Augustine in their Chelsea gallery at 531 W. 24th Street, New York, this weekend.
1662 postcards, each measuring 4 x 6 inches, have been donated by established and emerging artists from around the world for this very popular art show. Priced at $85 each, the works are signed on the back and displayed anonymously, so the identities of the artists are only revealed after the purchase.
Since 1998, over 17,000 postcards have been exhibited, generating over $700,000 for Visual AIDS. This contemporary arts organization is fully committed to HIV prevention and AIDS awareness by producing and presenting visual art projects, supporting artists living with HIV/AIDS, and by preserving a legacy that honours the work of artists with HIV/AIDS and the artistic contributions of the AIDS movement.
Some of the other artists taking part this year include: Robert Gober, Pipilotti Rist, Jim Hodges, Catherine Opie, Ed Ruscha, Kiki Smith, Ann Hamilton, Arturo Herrera, Paul Chan, Louise Fishman, Benjamin Fredrickson, Ida Applebroog, Julie Mehretu, Cary Leibowitz, L.J.

The Fabergé Big Egg Hunt has come to New York this year. From April 1-17, more than 250 pieces of 2-1/2 ft eggs were hidden, some in plain sight, around New York City. People could join in the egg hunt by downloading a mobile phone app that will allow them to "crack" an egg and put the eggs in their basket. I've been going around the hiding places these past weeks and at the end of the hunt I have 232 eggs in my basket. These are some of the eggs I've seen while going around the city. What's great about this is the eggs will be auctioned off next week and the proceeds will benefit two charities: Elephant Family and New York's Studio in a School. Everyone can place a bid on the eggs and help raise funds through the Paddle8 website paddle8.com/auctions/bigegghunt
