Gordian Strapping's StraPack RQ-8 automatic arch strapping machine offers narrow strapping options at a high speed and reliable pace. The RQ-8 banding machine is part of Gordian Strapping's robust packaging range allowing the strong and robust frame of the RQ-8 to withstand the ruff and tumble of a warehouse environment. A key feature of the RQ-8 bander is its speed, which can apply up to 40 straps per minute (1.5 straps per second) and the strapping machines full lubricated mechanisms (which are self lubricating) increase the operational life of the RQ-8 making the banding machine economic also. As well as this there is very little moving parts in the RQ-8 which will reduce maintenance and increase the machines motor life.

An eveloution of the StraPack RQ-8; Gordian Strapping's RQ-8x offers even more of the speed and initiative found in the RQ-8, but with the same reliability and robustness expected from a quality packaging machine. Also falling under Gordian Strapping's robust packaging range, the RQ-8x is of strong and robust build, with the ability to be transported around on its wheeled frame complete with locking castors. The StraPack RQ-8 can apply upto 55 straps per minute meaning the banding machine can be constantly on the go. The RQ-8x has all the same mechanical traits as the RQ-8 including the permanently lubricated mechanisms (which are self lubricating) and minimal non moving parts which protects the packaging machines lifespan.

The Gordian Strapping TE 400 B and TE 600 B shrink wrapping machines are a great starting point for a wide variety of general industrial applications. They are manually operated horizontal stretch wrapping machines (also known as tunnel wrappers, strapping machines, packaging machines and shrink wrapping machines). The Gordian stretch wrapping machines TE 400 B and TE 600 B are appropriate for goods with a maximum cross sectional dimension of 400mm and 600mm respectively. Core Size: 38mm.
Both the TE 400 b and TE 600 B shrink wrapping machines are simple to use. The operator simply places the item in the middle of the in-feed. From there the operator holds the stretch film against the item, then presses and holds down the foot pedal. Once the film is held to the item (approx. 2 revolutions) the operator moves the item through the circle until wrapping is complete. The film is then cut by hand.
