An old cigarette packet found under our floorboards, I've no idea of the date but I like to think it was discarded there when the house was built around 1910. Any suggestions on dates for this?

'Scarlet' is a bit risqué reflecting what I is consider to be a very sexy combination...chocolate and raspberry.
Chocolate Garden named with the province of BC in mind. BC has a fairly rich agricultural potential and all the bars will have inclusions from around the province as the Chocolate Garden line grows.
I created a number of cat illustrations based on the (for me) usual set of limitations such ass restricted amount of colours, consistent line thickness and a fixed 15º rotation increment on any angle throughout the illustrations. Within these limitations I carefully looked at the balance between the character and quirkiness of the cats without making them overly cutsie.
In a second fase I applied these illustrations to a set of fictional packaging designs and promotional items to give an idea of the potential scope of the artwork. The selected typeface and the minimal designgrid used for these items was carefully selected and based on the design principals of the illustrations themselves. This ensures a cohesive and robust system that can easily be extended to a large number of different products such as canned or dry cat food, kitty litter toys, … Next to that the hole concept can be adapted to fit different species such as dogs, birds, rabbits, … as well.

In Chinese medicine, there is a theory you can suffer from an excess of "internal heat" (上火), often from eating high calorie foods. This herbal tea, called "Not Fear Fire" or "Not Afraid of Internal Heat" suggests that this drink will alleviate "internal heat" and cool down the body (though it doesn't expressly say that on the can).
Ingredients: Water, sugar, Mesona chinensis (a kind of mint), Microcos paniculata (flowering shrub specially used in these herbal teas), honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, frangipani, licorice

A charming wee booklet issued to give advice on the many uses of Domestos, the bleach based cleaning bottle that was then sold in the trademark glass bottle for 1/- including a deposit. Many of the tips and hints are obvious; I'm less certain about the Domestos bath that cleans you and the bath - and wastepipe - at the same time but I have known of people with certain skin conditions being advised to take a bleach bath as, I supoose, it is the same as a public swimming pool!
Domestos was founded in Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1929 by one William Handley who had an interesting and apparently complex career past. He decided to locally market, door to door, a form of bleach based cleaning product, using diluted sodium hypochlorite, in stoneware jars. There are various explanations as to the name but "domestic use" comes close. Handley's enterprise, the Hygiene Disinfectant Company, thrived and outgrew his shed and by 1936 was in a small factory where the business expanded into other products. The company name changed to Domestos Ltd. and from a larger factory, College Works, obtained in 1938 the company grew into a national brand. In post-war years they introduced Stergene, a woollen detergent, and branched out into a motor vehicle bodywork company, Modern Coachcraft Ltd., to supply their fleet of delivery lorries.
Handley sold out to Lever Brothers in 1961 and retired becoming a noted local philanthopist. Lever's/Unilever moved production away from Newcastle with Domestos going to Warrington in the 1970s. Since then it has become a worldwide brand.
This booklet, intended as a give-a-way at fairs and fetes, has no date but the motif of the housewife with the scarf was much used in Domestos advertising in the early 1950s.
Not as good as the Lush shampoo cakes ive used. This stuff is really drying. Its perfect for that skipped a shower day after when you hair might be a bit more heavy. Good natural smell and a little goes a long way.
Update: Nah, don't like it. If i had short hair it would be good.
Last year school project, packaging (re)design given the Coca Cola logo and a given word, for me: 'Zivatar', which means 'Shower', 'Rainstorm' or 'Thunder-shower'
