Someone put a lost pacifier on a branch...

For some reason people have tied their childrens pacifiers to this tree. It's a tradition of sorts, but unfortunately I can't remember exactly why. So I'm going to make it up!

You see, in Denmark they used to tie their children's pacifiers to the tree in order to appease a terrible spirit that, if it sees a child who still uses one way beyond the age it should do, it makes them choke on it! Such were the ways of gods back then, and they would tie the pacifiers to the tree in order to prove to it that their child no longer needed it, and was safe from the god.

Funny story... so Aaron's pacifier went missing and i vividly remember that he had it while i was trying to get some shots of him playing. We searched everywhere and then it occurred to me to go check my pictures and maybe i might be able to locate the last shot i had of him with the pacifier in his mouth and low and behold...there it was.... Take a close look can you spot the missing pacifier? :)

I had June strapped on to my front in the Mei Tai and she just kept looking up at me so bright eyed. I took the camera and she just kept looking right into it.

Henry was sent home with a fever and after a trip to the doctor it turned out to be an earache. The doctor said he was the happiest baby with an earache she'd ever seen! I set him up in his baby papasan with his blankey, binky and baby eistein on the ibook so mommy could work from home.
