Yes, she's three.. yes, she still uses a pacifier when she sleeps. This particular day, she couldn't find her favorite one and was not happy about it. I left her with the pink one that's in her mouth here, but she just wanted to hold it since it wasn't the right one. I was downstairs and could hear her walking around.. later when I went up to check on her, this is what I saw.. she had found every paci in the house and brought them all to bed.
Most of the texture here is the unfortuante result of the attentions of the birds undearneath the Tyne Bridge. But hey, pretty much anything looks nice in golden hour, right?

One child crawled in the tunnel from this end and the other crawled in from the far end. When they met in the middle the older one grabbed her sister's "nuk", but as you can see, she didn't really mind.
The rule here is get down on their level when photographing children. I had to lie on the floor to get this shot.
