Sea Anemones and Crabs were my Companions on a Delightful visit to the Tide Pools at Corona Del Mar, California.
As excited children scurried from one pool to another shrieking at the sight of colorful sea life, this old guy was practically on hands and knees scrambling back to safety from the advancing tide. Do it while you can... Life is Good : )

The view of the iconic coastline in Peru's Paracas National Reserve draws visitors from all over the world.
Went to Shore Acres last night to see what it looks like under a full moon. The light was too bright and the ocean too calm. Just a beautiful night but not great for pics. Ended up using the old double-exposure ploy. Shot the landscape at 14mm and the moon at 200mm. Shore Acres State Park, Oregon. June 18 & 19, 2016.

Sometimes, the inchoate soul picks a fight with the water. The water knows better, but yet, feigns indulgence. She comes as the mist and she comes as the churn. Despite her mansuetude, the soul drowns. The soul drenches. The soul eventually loses.
But all this while, the soul grows. A little. Just a little.
