Oksla kraftverk er et vannkraftverk i Tyssedal i Ullensvang kommune i Vestland.
Kraftstasjonen har utløp til Sørfjorden og inntak fra Ringedalsvatnet som er oppdemt med Ringedalsdammen. Maksimal fallhøyde er på 465 meter. Tysso II og Ringedalsmagasinet har et nedslagsfelt på 348,1 km2.
Kraftstasjonen startet produksjonen i 1980 og har en francisturbin på 215 MW. Oksla kraftverk overtok produksjonen fra Tyssedal kraftverk (Tysso I) som tidligere benyttet mesteparten av det samme fallet.
Midlere årsproduksjon er ca. 1033 GWh. Men av dette brukes 17 GWh i Skjeggedal pumpestasjon, som pumper vannet fra Mågeli kraftverk opp i Ringedalsdammen.
Eier er AS Tyssefaldene, som igjen eies av DNN Industrier AS 40 %, og Statkraft 60 %. Deler av konsesjonen for anlegget gikk ut i 2010.
Tyssefaldenes anlegg omfatter flere kraftstasjoner, og det samlede nedslagsfeltet er på 420 km². Tilsiget er på 820 millioner m³.

A new black and white star in the Paris Space Invader trilogy can be found in the 12ème arrondissement. The location is not hard to find for the ones who know Paris better than only the Notre-Dame, Tour Eiffel and Champs-Elysées. The now deleted PA_215 used to be very close to this one (unfortunately deleted).
