I went to see poor Dusky at the vet's for a couple of hours today. He breathes SO much more easily when held/on a lap, with the mask instead of in his tank. I wish I could stay with him all day!

he needed oxygen as soon as the placenta was delivered.. he turned blue while waiting for placenta to come out. kind of scary.
While in Florida I managed to get out to Kennedy's Space Center and if you get a chance to get out there it is definitely worth a visiting.

There are two white balls like this at the launch pad. they are kept well away from each other as the other is full of liquid Hydrogen and are pumped into the space craft right at the last moment to create some serious fire power.
When I saw the Liquid Oxygen writing on the side being distorted by the heat rays I couldn't help but chuckle that they felt it necessary to write 'No Smoking' underneath.
