I'm so tired of my body having all the control, but the complete lack of control at the same time. I'm so tired of being sick, I just want answers.
This is my take on Basquiat's artwork. It indicates fear. The sensation of being unsettled or afraid. Rather than creating a single massive painting to depict a particular issue, I wanted to depict every feeling linked with this disease. Miniature pictures depict little people going through diverse situations. One of them is vomiting, another is self-harming, and a few more are present. All of these are symptoms and coping methods that I identify with anxiety.
From my beginnings in photography. Taken by a film konica minolta. Summer of 2004 in Cyprus.
It was a good year that year with a lot of rain...water levels in this dam went so high that it flooded this small church...

kimblestarz: @magouie I think you are in the Yarra Valley region? I have family in Yarra Glen, if they had a venue like the Mill Markets out there I think it would work well..I'm from Melbourne, so I have to travel a long way to my stalls, I don't understand why there aren't places like the mill markets all around Melbourne.
magouie: I know.., we have two great vintage shops in healesville and a wonderful market on the first and third Sunday of the month, my band has been busking there lately. But nothing like daylesford mill markets. That was like heaven for me!
kimblestarz: Yeah..it was like that for me too..so much so that I needed to get myself a couple of stalls so I have an excuse to head there again and again..Iol!
kimblestarz: @magouie I just listened to a couple of your songs..beautiful! ☺🎶
magouie: @eclectic_chic Ta!

Troy, Corinne, Josh, and Charlie bought Aiden a bouncer. At first he was a bit overwhelmed. He is still working on his hand/eye coordination, so he has some difficulty playing with all the things... but he loves sitting up and looking around from a new vantage point.
A disabled pensioner says she has been "overwhelmed with support" to help fix her mould-covered home.
The Swindon community has come together after a friend of the pensioner posted about her situation on social media.
The woman, who wishes to be anonymous and is being referred to as Mary by the BBC, had been living in the bungalow for years before reaching out.
Brendan O'Neill, one of the those who have come to her aid, said: "No human should have to live like this."
Mary had been living in the mould-covered home for years before asking for help
Mr O'Neill, who works for a damp specialists in Swindon, is among many people in the area who have offered to help for free after seeing Janet Reynolds' message about the mouldy and rat-infested bungalow.
All of Mary's damaged belongings have had to be destroyed
Mary had moved into a second bedroom in the property after conditions in her bedroom deteriorated.
Mr O'Neill said: "The floor had about two inches of water underneath it. There's water across the whole building. The floor had collapsed in certain areas.
"No human should live like this," Mr O'Neill said
"Mary, by luck alone, got out of the bed on the left rather than the right where there is a 4ft hole which Mary certainly would have gone down. I know that because I went down it.
"It's just horrendous, the whole property is destroyed. The floor is so dangerous."
He added: "The smell was horrendous.
