A poem for my Polish friends . If I translate, it would loose its beauty.
Morze powracajace - Kamil Baczynski
Pamiętasz? Było kiedyś morze
szkliste w falistych linii łukach,
morze, którego cieni można
w obrazach szklanych dni poszukać...
Morze czasami wzbierające
roznosem huku na poszumach,
szelestem w dali zamykanym
na sto odległych morskich tumach.

We went for a drive on Christmas afternoon and arrived by the ocean just as the sun was hiding behind these puffy clouds... On Explore Dec. 19 @318

Last Sunday in Laval in a part of the blue sky this plane caught my eyes and then I was thinking to all of you who are other the oceans :o)
!
Dimanche dernier dans un coin de ciel bleu à Laval, mes yeux l'ont vu et j'ai pu le prendre à temps et j'ai alors pensé à tous mes amis Flickr dans d'autres parties du monde.!
These are my last photos for a while. Soon I will start my summer travels, therefore I will have to leave Flickr for about a month and a half. Hopefully, I will come back with some interesting photos. Until then, I wish you all an enjoyable summer, lots of sunny days and happy shooting.
"I will be silent and wait for you
My heart will be quiet as I wait for you
Only one thing is required
To be sitting at your feet
And the more that I am near you
The more the world just seems so plain."

Yup, up in the clouds! lol It was a long week...two different states and lots of planes! Wish I could say it was for pleasure, but duty calls! (work!)
I hope everyone is well, didn't have much time to stop in to visit. Too many appointments and very long days, but I am back....for a little while anyhow.
Be well all....
This was a shot for June when I flew to Florida nearing sunset....as we were on our final descent for landing. Good thing the windows weren't to dirty!

A couple of paragliders enjoying sun lights and fresh air, on the coast, flying over the Pacific Ocean, at sunset in Lima (capital of Peru), last evening of my trip around the world, one of my best travel memories.
In the beginning in Hawaiian mythology, Po was a vast, empty land, a dark abyss where only one life form dwelled. This was the spirit of Keawe. A single light shown through the darkness of Po-a flame holding the energy of creation.
In this chaotic vortex, Keawe evolved order. He opened his great calabash and flung the lid into the air. As it unfolded, it became the huge canopy of blue sky. From his calabash, Keawe drew an orange disk, hanging it from the sky to become the sun.

Evening sky in Kihei. The ever changing sky in Maui is like nothing I have seen anywhere else! Yes, I guess it's time to go back!
i am thankful for being able to walk, for living by the ocean, for being able to afford a dentist, for chocolate donuts, for having to WORRY about LOSING weight--is that insane or what? what a world! i am thankful for my life, for being able to breath, to see, to touch, to love, to be me without threat of punishment. for so many things!!!!
this is an upside-down photo but this is what I've seen/imagined it when I first looked at the sky.
only a bit of contrast added to the shot and the vignetting cy the Hoya Circular Polarizer.

This is just too weird not to share. Shot this from my driveway towards the ocean. That's an oil platform on the left about 20 miles away, and the crescent moon is setting behind one of the Channel Islands that's about 8 miles beyond the platform. There was a low cloud bank out there, somewhere beyond the island.
There is a strange broad light area, like a cloud, between the moon and lights. I don't know what that is. It was not on the frames on either side of this one.
See it in lightbox view on black.
Shot this aboard a Boeing 777 In flight to San Francisco California. Man! Its good to have a window seat.:) I think some would be scared shitless to see this. But,Its nice to see the world thousands of feet in the air.
Was sitting down by the ocean as one of the stops I made on my motorcycle ride yesterday and I thought these cloud formations were beautiful.
I spent an hour gazing at the comet from 30,000 feet in the air, due south. If only the airplane window had actually been clear... imagine then what a beautiful shot I would have had! Still, I'm pleased with this.
Our friends @overtheocean_com stayed in our apartment while we were out of town this weekend. So sweet to see Milla making herself at home! ❤️❤️❤️

edit: replaced at june/25/2007, edited on PS, added a bit more contrast and played around with a curves to bring out more details and depth.
I was going home crossing the Atlantic Ocean and in the middle of the trip woke up and open the window, and this is what I saw, the sun is rising in the middle of the ocean and it was possible to see the roundess of the Earth, its a pity that my camera phone does not make really good pictures, but at least I capture the colors
