One of the many watertowers in the French countryside. This one is located near Lorrez-Le-Bocage-Preaux. It looked rather spacey with the colza fields and the approaching rainstorms.

Black Horizon
A mix made out of some inspirations from the recent weeks...Have you ever seen the scary epic scene at the beginning of the movie "Event Horizon"? If not, just do that.... :) To mix that with the "Black hole" setup....that drives me crazy... lol
The background lit up was made with the incredible DIY torch from Dennis Ryu Bär @ryuslightworks He´s a genius for me now! #germanengineeringatitsbest :P
Tim Gamble @fadetoblacklightart does some impressive stuff with that torch! Happy Birthday by the way again mate! :)
I think Dennis´ wonderful light tool is in best hands there in the UK.... :)

I'm glad to share with you the brand new video from the italian project WRITE 4 SPACE OUT OF SPACE.
WRITE 4 SPACE OUT OF SPACE project is born from the 'union of two passions': writing and music.
It is divided into chapters, the series will present some of the best writers from the italian graffiti scene, involved in personal interpretation of letters OUTOFSPACE, with their own personal style and different techniques.
The action writing will be accompanied by original music works from various beatmakers, special created for the project.
In this third chapter we have Soap The Wizard accompanied by the beat "Lhasa" from Bluesteady Triptik.
I have killed OutofSpaceCustomes (Curtis) and took over his Flickr page so that the only thing that he would post is me related things (Unless my love Death brings him back to the over world)! Deadpool customs, Deadpool drawings, YOU NAME IT! Well, gotta go cause a chimichanga food truck just passed my house and I’m craving some Mexican food.
Now, lets get serious. School has sort of ended for me because my school is on strike (cause our government loves us) and with that happening I’ve been given a lot of free time to do stuff. Once I got inside Casa Batlló, it was like a different world and there were so many fine things to look at and appreciate. Each was unique. I was attracted by this beautiful lamp as accompanied by the spiraling patterns on the ceiling in one of the rooms.
Taken inside Casa Batlló, Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona, Spain, as part of a series of excursion tours during my Mediterranean Cruise
Casa Batlló is a renowned building located in the center of Barcelona and is one of Antoni Gaudí’s masterpieces. A remodel of a previously built house, it was redesigned in 1904 by Gaudí and has been refurbished several times after that. Like everything Gaudí designed, it is only identifiable as Modernisme or Art Nouveau in the broadest sense. In 2005 Casa Batlló became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. [Extract from Wikipedia]

Actually it's not a Spaceship or Stargate, It is made on Planet Earth,
but it looks like so !
With two strong flashlights and blue foil on a tripod I lit the sculpture from the inside, the surrounding headlights do the rest (maybe I should cover them next time more), edited in LR.

“The ship was quiet. No one spoke. The meters which had flashed over to their limit had settled back and now read zero once more – all save those indicating the power stored in the giant coil. The stars that shown brilliantly in a myriad of colors about them were gone, then suddenly they saw space about glow: then there was a vast cloud of stars before them, but strange, violet stars. Some, however, were a pale green. Directly before them was one green star that glowed big and brilliant, then rapidly it faded and shrank to a tiny dot, a distant star! There was a strange tenseness about them. They seemed held in a strange, compelled silence.
“Arcot reached forward again – ‘Cutting off power, Morey!’ – the red tumbler snapped back. Again space seemed to be charged with a vast surplus of energy that rushed in from all about, coursing through their bodies, producing a tingling feeling. Then again space was rocking in a grey cloud about them – the stars suddenly leapt out at them in blazing glory again.
‘Well, it worked once!’ breathed Arcot, with a sigh of relief. ‘Lord, I made some false calculations, though I hope I didn’t make any more! Morey – how was it? I used only one sixteenth power.’ “

“Islands of Space” is generally credited with introducing the concepts of “hyperspace” and the “warp drive” to science fiction. (So, Star Trek got it wrong in identifying Zefram Cochrane as the inventor:-) The story concerns the adventures of four heroes: Arcot, Morey, Wade and Fuller. They put together a ship that can travel faster than light and they hightail it out into space.
The story was published in book form in 1957 by Fantasy Press, and a paperback edition was put out by Ace Books in 1966. John W. Campbell, Jr. went on to become the editor of “Astounding Science Fiction” from late 1937 until his death in 1971 and was part of the Golden Age of Science Fiction. He wrote super-science space opera under his own name and stories under his primary pseudonym, Don A. Stuart. [Source: Wikipedia]
