this skirt is vintage deadstock with the original tags which were all faded. i love finding things with their original tags--they're like a little bit of history--and have a hard time snipping them off sometimes. it's also that midi length that gals of yore wore with such grace and style.

I was rushing out the door this morning so I couldn't take this photo until 9pm, which means no nice natural light coming through my window. Oh well.
Today we went to the Philadelphia Museum of Art to see the Roberto Capucci exhibit. Man, those were some amazing dresses in that collection. The rest of the afternoon was spent sitting on a lounge chair in the city and checking out a free concert at the Piazza, so I had to make sure I was comfy.
