Twilight time on the other side of sunset .

This river is very active. Ferries between Sydney and Parramatta pass frequently and occasional private boats as well. Not the ideal place for a long exposure. In this Sunday evening, there was a miraculously quiet moment.

Ein Naturschauspiel das man nur einmal sieht.

Ich war zur richtigen Zeit an der richtigen Stelle.

A natural spectacle that can be seen only once. I was at the right time in the right place.

Fields in the Werre Meadow between Löhne and Bad Oeynhausen, Ostwestfalen, Germany

This was taken at Deception Pass in Washington. I've always enjoyed B&W photos with some thing high lighted and never really knew how to do it until now. This is really the first one that I did right, from Poulsbo Marina which was just playing with colors. I hope all of you enjoy and I'm sure I'll change this picture a few times to correct items I see. Thanks!!

Thank you in advance to everyone that comments and/or faves my picture. They are all immensely appreciated.

Great Blue Heron

Not yet ready for sunbathing and swimming but for an extended walk : Hvidbjerg Strand in March, Jylland, Denmark.

Local legend suggests that this bridge was started by Bishop Henry Cheyne in the late 13th or early 14th century and completed by Robert the Bruce. Whilst this may or may not be true, historical documents show that the bridge we see today was the result of rebuilding work in three phases in the early 17th century.

This was the main crossing on the Don leading to the north from Aberdeen and vice versa prior to the construction of the adjacent Bridge of Don in 1831. Today the Brig o’ Balgownie is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.

Many thanks to everyone for your visit, comments and faves! Much appreciated! 😊

Have a nice day!
