I find it really sweet that Wata and Takeshi have birthdays so close together. I rarely post on Sundays but Wata's birthday is worth it.

Going to the market but all they had were some oranges 🍊. I still picked one up. bit.ly/PBMusicFB

An Orange 🍊 amp awaits its next companion in the music studio.

As usual, when I take too many photos, I can never decide which photo I like best and want to add to the pool. I chose this one for three reasons:

1. It has an owl.

2. It has a guitar.

3. It was harder than it looks to stay still on the tips of my toes standing on my amp waiting for the camera to take the picture.

So this is what you get Bench Monday. And I think this is my seventh week of participating. I'm addicted!

And my original from June is here.

"We're talking away

I don't know what

I'm to say I'll say it anyway

Today's another day to find you

Shying away

I'll be coming for your love, OK?

Take on me, take me on

I'll be gone

In a day or two

So needless to say

I'm odds and ends

But that's me stumbling away

Slowly learning that life is OK.

Say after me

It's no better to be safe than sorry

Take on me, take me on

I'll be gone

In a day or two

Oh the things that you say

Is it life or

Just a play my worries away

You're all the things I've got to

remember

You're shying away

I'll be coming for you anyway

Take on me, take me on

I'll be gone

In a day or two"

- a ha, take on me -

Orange Amp Edition again...this time with the baby. Daddy was playing a "punk" version of A Ha's "Take On Me" hence the lyrics for today's photo. It is Labor Day, so we're not really doing anything today. Just hanging out, and enjoying the fact the Daddy has the day off work and the weather in Chicago is beautiful.

I'm not sure about this one; they seem to be giving each other the side eye. Still they're in good sonic range of the Orange amplifier.

I was doing some shots without the blocks, and well the blocks just made it all better.

* So I thought I'd make this my photo for 52 Weeks. I know I took other self portraits this week, but I kind of wanted to throw in something different. *
