I finally got around to painting up one my own cast figures, so I opted to go with a similar colour scheme to a commission I made a while back.
I wanted to keep the vest quite simple on this one, so I just opted for a row of mag pouches.
Also, instead of making this guy a Sniper as originally intended, I opted for a modded BrickArms AK12.
Hope you guys like it ; )
Also, credit to Logan Fulford for the laptop screen idea for a backdrop!

Clearance Divers conduct training for operational duties.
Navy Clearance Divers employed in the Maritime Tactical Operations (MTO) element are required to provide Shallow Water Mine Counter Measures (VSWMCM) detection and disposal. This involves reconnaissance of the seabed and areas to the back of the beach.
Clearance Divers in the MTO element are trained in subsurface insertion and extraction, with the ability to use small arms and tactics when required. They work in small teams and are versatile in how and where they can be employed at short notice. This includes counter Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) through to counter-piracy boarding operations.
High levels of mental and physical toughness are intrinsic qualities of a Clearance Diver, as is team work.
I wanted to do one more Halo build before I take a break from my favorite franchise and move on to some other ideas (at least for now!). It also seemed like a good time to bring a few old friends back into the mix for this photo set, so be sure to have a look at those.
The Legendary Chief armor from Brick Affliction is my favorite of all the Halo armor sets. I really like the armor design, especially down the middle section of the minifig. The tapered design of the armor almost gives the minifig a slim appearance in some ways and flows very well. The overall effect is muscular and imposing, which fits Spartans perfectly.
Of course, this particular soldier is not Master Chief, but rather a Spartan inspired by some of the ideas in Spartan Ops and other parts of the multi-player. This one also got a bit of weathering - he has been through many battles and it definitely shows!

Mid Caption: Shah Wali Kot Offensive
Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) partnered with Australian Special Forces from the Special Operations Task Group conducted a deliberate operation to clear a Taliban insurgent stronghold in the Shah Wali Kot region of northern Kandahar province.
The Shah Wali Kot Offensive comprised synchronised and deliberate clearance operations involving Australian Commandos combined with a number of surgical helicopter-born assaults from Special Air Service (SAS) troops on key targets.
Removing Taliban insurgents from Afghan communities allows the Government of Afghanistan to establish a presence and gain the trust of the community to provide them with necessary infrastructure and security that was not provided by the insurgents.

I finally got around to painting a Spec Ops set, which was the first set I had cast.
This is actually destined for a very faithful customer of mine, but I'm going to have this set re-cast, so I can have it in my collection and re-stock them when the website goes live.
I'm well happy with how the paintwork came out on this one and it's a real step up in quality since my first attempt at a Navy Seal inspired figure.
I will eventually have one of these and another maybe another version, paired with the Ops Core removable helmet and GPNVG's.
Hope you like it peeps ; )
This is a preview of a set (or parts) that I am hoping to put together (to sell unpainted!!) should people show some interest.
The set/parts haven't yet been finalised, so some features may go/or be tweaked and some may stay.
Anyway, hope you like the fig and any feedback would be most appreciated.
The set can obviously be painted in whatever scheme you want, I jusrt wanted to do a "near future" Spec Ops type fig.
I spotted a "midnight" camo pattern on Google image which I really like, it;s not actually used, I just liked it ; )
My other version of this vest, has more pouches, but I really wanted to keep the molle detail, so I left the chest part bear, also there is a hydration pack on the back, but I didn't want to overcrowd the picture, so I may show it on the next fig.
Feedback much appreciated peeps.

Y’all might or might not agree with me, but I’m looking to establish a sub division that operates within the Flickr Fighters. Just the ones that go on dangerous and stealthy missions, which I hope I’ll be writing someday (part of the Multi_Sharp series).
Currently, I’ve got jose henson and Milan van Steen as part of the group in discord. Here’s the link if you’re looking to join discord.gg/TgrEcd.
If you’re tagged, it’s also an offer, whilst getting permission to let this group happen.
If you’re looking to join, just state your Flickr Fighter name, brief backstory and powers, you may do that as well in the group.
Luckyly I've got my umbrella, right? HAHAHAHAHAHAH

Ainda bem que eu trouxe meu guarda-chuva,né?

I recently made a BrickLink order for a few third party minifig accessories and just had to take a photo of my latest custom minifig, the Spec Ops guy. I couldn't be happier he how turned out. I really don't have a story to go with this image, just imagine him on some mission doing special operational things ;-)

I was actually taking pictures of the mountains and this eagle just cruised by so I shot a couple. What the Hey its only pixels. LOL
The other thing I find unique with this shot is that the eagle is carrying food in his mouth during flight. I have watched thousands of eagles over the years and never saw it before.
