SimpleTicket is an open source trouble ticket system written using Ruby on Rails. The system is ideal for companies with between 1 and 20 engineers.

The first version of SimpleTicket was released early this year. In our rush to release the first version we ended up with UI that looked like crap. We decided to use the OSI GNU General Public License to release the source code. SimpleTicket was released by Spur, the company behind Architel, WeblogsWork and Big in Japan. To obtain an alternate license, customized version or support visit the SimpleTicket website for contact information
