the bridge was extruded from a single cube in Blender, with the bottom arch being a seperate cube extrusion. The lights were created inworld with the viewer build tools.

The OpenSimulator Community Conference #oscc17 is an annual conference that focuses on the developer and user community creating the OpenSimulator software. Organized as a joint production by Core Developers of OpenSimuator and AvaCon, the virtual conference features presentations, workshops, keynote sessions, and social events across diverse sectors of the OpenSimulator user base.
Tonight I finished the final parts of the "Fachwerkausbuilding" (its an old cornstorage).
Now the second phase starts... packaging 2503 so that the building can be rezzed, and in a diffent angle than the exact east-west direction it has now.
How to keep a geek happy. :) I am out of frame to the right of the picture, in the Homestead Island Sandbox on OSgrid, one of the OpenSim-based grids on the net. It's a bit lonely in terms of socializing, and things crash and otherwise don't work more often than in Second Life say, but still...
That little semi-transparent flying saucer that you can see, passing in front of the sign just under the word "Island" is fliting around the sandbox, randomly laying down those colored squares that you see scattered about. All over the whole sim! (They delete themselves after five minutes.)
Sometimes it's nice having a while region to oneself. :)

Our first young gridizen.. visiting jokaydiaGrid with his Dad! Very exciting to have an actual live young person playing on our sims! Let the learning and collaboration begin! ;)
Got the house connected up to it with a series of environmental bubbles/airlocks. Beacons are activated and landing pad is ready to go as well.
