On 18th June 2009 elmur became elmur.net and with it, became a global network of creative and inspiring ideas.
Since then creative from all over the world have shown their creative videos every night form sunset till midnight.
this is the oficial presentation event in Lleida - Spain at the Fundacio Ferreruela Sanfeliu garden, where elmur.net projection system has been installed and working since december 2007.
The Leap of Faith By Teng Kai Wei
Faith is taking that first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase, trusting that it will lead you to your desired destination. Oftentimes, we underestimate the importance of how every little step we take paves the way to a complete and fulfilling life journey.
Teng Kai Wei shows how we grow stronger from difficult situations, and how the experience gained allows us to navigate better and closer to our dreams. That, in itself, is the sweetness life brings — when we take The Leap of Faith.
This installation is awarded under the Singapore Night Festival’s Open Call.
About the Artist
Teng Kai Wei specializes in conceptual landmark sculptures through his signature use of material. Teng’s firm belief in pushing boundaries is reflected in his creative manipulation of materials used in his works, and poses as the root of his creative direction.
