This set will be in the hours of Euro to N.A Time Zone! Stretching from 3-5 PM with DJ Khaos and FX: DON and 5-7 PM with DJ Pizzaguts and FX: Oola and theme is Buddha Bar! Think of a journey through electro tribal/hypnotic beats with an oriental and cultural flare but each Dj will tell their own story! A tribute to the great and one of a kind, Buddha Bar with its own unique flare of compilations and Oriental (Tibetan to tribal) sounds! Think ethereal/flowing and cultural vibes and create your own style!

I'm still at Jabba's Palace. My camera has taken pictures of different situations in the past three days. I have witnessed many unusual oddities here. It seems that Han Solo is carbonized again. How many times this has been, I do not know. Boushh is negotiating with Bib, but but for some reason Bib's face alone will tell you that the negotiations is not doing very well. And Jabba is totally out of this world, either concentrating for a drinks and food or just about to take a nap. However, Chewbacca carries a secret weapon, the frying pan! Perhaps he intends to offer to cook a fried frogs for Jabba, so that he would release Han finally!
I hope I can one day dare to show the rejected scenes from this photo session. In fact, there are quite a few of them and some are just trash stuff, but I try to keep them in a safe place and upload them here when I cannot think anything else to upload. This, however, pleased me most of all and shall be here now.
"Yeah, you!" says Oola and waves a drink in her hand. It's almost an empty cup, but she is still offering it to a stranger in a hallway of Jabba's Palace.
All she hear is Salacious vicious laugh.
Originally this is a B version of this scene.
"Everyone here hopes to kill everyone else, so far as I can ascertain." ~C-3PO
This is one I've been working on for some time, it's gone through a few different versions and after a lot of on and off work is finally done. I always struggle with favourites, but Return of the Jedi might be my favourite Star Wars movie and the whole Jabba sequence at the start of the movie might be my favourite moment in the movie.
Enjoy! If you're after more images of this, there's heaps more on the YouTube Slideshow video, so check that out if you're after more: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MelXexd1-Pk
if you ever received a mix from me or read my blog or other thingys over the years then i suppose none of these songs will be news to you, as they have already appeared there somewhere, many many moons ago (quite possibly many times over due to my extremely obsessive nature) ... i am just starting to recollect + catalog them all here in mixtape form -
so lots more to come.
maybe.

My first holiday project of 2016, i decided to use a format i'll be trying out a lot with other locations, for the first i attempted to build was Jabba's Palace in all its glory from Return Of The Jedi.
I'm very happy with the overall result. I would of liked to include the Lego Rancor, but it was just way too expensive, i think the area i'm least happy with how i made the entry hall on the right of the moc, it made it hard to photograph for sure. I've made Youtube video with close ups of the whole thing, be sure to check it out and subscribe!
Hey everybody! Today I have some custom Guardians of the Galaxy Minifigures, These are my own design, not really movie-accurate. I hope you like them!
Gamora: I used the official fig, and just gave her Oola's body and a black sword.
Groot: The offical head is cool, but I wanted to try something different. So I used a brown hairpiece, Cyborg's head, Faun legs, and the offfical Groot torso.
Star-Lord: I thought he'd look cool in some black, shiny armor, so that's exactly what I did. He uses the official hair, head, and blasters, Highwayman arms, a black backpack, and Nexo Knights legs.
Rocket Raccoon: Even though his original outfit is nice, I used the official head, along with Anakin's torso, Catman belt, brown short legs, and a 2-piece blaster.
Please fave and leave a comment! Also, happy Saint Patrick's Day! :D

Leeloo and Oola return for the second time to demonstrate their latest ceremonial gowns, designed to be worn at the gathering of the Beatific Slumber Bees on top of Mount Mingo.
I realized the other day that I finally, albeit unknowingly, collected all of the Jabba-related minifigs Lego has produced so far, with the exception of The Rancor. So, I thought it'd be cool to get em all together and look at em year by year, and give a few of my thoughts.
2003: Man, I love the classics.
-For some reason that original C-3PO kicks me into full nostalgia mode.
-I also think it's interesting that TLG released a Jabba's Skiff the year before, but only included Han and Luke. I would be fascinated to see what a skiff guard from the year 2002 would look like.
-EV-9D9 is a weird character to make in my opinion, but honestly it's such a strange figure that I kind of love it. Nowadays it would probably have a molded head and not be nearly as cool.
2007: Most of you are aware how I feel about the 2007 Sail Barge set, but I cannot stress it enough: I love this set.
-Bib and Chewie are there for padding
-It's cool to see the classic Boba fig make the jump from Light Stone Grey and brown to Light Bluish Grey, and reddish brown, with more defined accents on his helmet.
-It's also kind of cool to see the main heroes jump from Yellow to Light Flesh so seamlessly, while still retaining that classic "Lego Star Wars" look. Honestly they almost look cleaner this way in my opinion.
2012-2017: Yeah kinda got guys from a few years in here
-I know most people like Modern Jabba better, but he just doesn't feel as imposing to me. He's much smaller, and honestly it looks to me like he's melting.
-The rest of the figs though. Oh man. Look, I love the classics and always will, but these modern figs, all together, looks absolutely stunning.
-It's amazing how far the faces of Lego Minifigures have come, especially in the case of Han.
-C-3PO is from the 2017 Landspeeder set.
-Bib Fortuna's face is nightmare fuel
-It might be hypocritical to say, with my love of Skiff Guards, but Ree-Yees seems like a damn weird character to have made. Mostly because he doesn't participate in any of the major battles, or really has any memorable screen time to speak of. Maybe if a few other weird members of Jabba's entourage had been made? I dunno.
-How great is that Salacious B Crumb fig though? Honestly, that's just delightful.
Anyways, not expecting heavy feedback on this one, I just wanted to see what they'd all look like compared, and it's pretty neat.
Let me know what you think!
Oola is running away from a giant head (which is basically Jabba's mean toy). This was shot way before Jabba fed her to Rancor.
"Yeah, you!" says Oola and waves a drink in her hand. It's almost an empty cup, but she is still offering it to a stranger in a hallway of Jabba's Palace.
"May the 4th be with you" she silently whispers.
Cloud worries.
“The creative process is always interesting and surprising. It’s sometimes direct but more often takes many twists and turns… it’s like following streams of energy. Sometimes there are ebbs where ya got nothin’, then something changes and there’s a new stream to follow. It often feels like the images have their own life and I get to be part of how they unfold. It’s being in that process of unfolding that keeps me engaged, brings pleasure and feelings of connection to the world around me. It’s also fun!” @OolaCristina
I love what Oola writes above about her approach to creativity; it really echoes with mine. You can read more about Oola’s creative process and see her work at iphoneograhycentral.com
