I've been thinking back and forth. Turned me back and forth. But better safe than sorry. Maybe I'll just leave this tree here at its place and buy him a string of lights when the time comes :-)

Der Nissan Figaro ist eine auf der Tokyo Motor Show '89 vorgestellte kleine Cabriolimousine im Retro-Design auf der Plattform des Micra, die an Fahrzeuge aus den 1950er-Jahren wie den Gutbrod Superior erinnert. Hersteller war Nissan in Japan.

I got the idea for this image from this 500px capture (originally posted here 500px.com/photo/99814243/road-to-nowhere-by-doug-vaughn?f... but now on his web site at www.dougvaughn.com/Landscapes/Death-Valley-2015/i-LRLZ7bz/A).
For my image, I wanted to get down low to the road surface and capture the gravel feel of the road. Someone seeing this image would be able to feel the grit and perhaps heat of of the asphalt road and then look to the far off hillsides and mountains. Later looking at the image, I liked contrast of colors between the nearby asphalt and the colors of the hillsides. I cropped the final image for more of a wide angle view.

Or A Long, Straight Road Ahead. Either really works for the image title. I just loved the view of the straightness of Badwater Rd has it headed south. Straight and just straight...seemingly to nowhere...
