Time is relative. I’ve been single for nine tenths of my life. So what does that say about me? I’m unwanted or just really picky. A little of both. I’m not complaining but I’m getting old. They all want something perfect - something unattainable. Perfection. I am far from that. I stand on the top of a mountain holding a piece of wire. I’m waiting for an electric shock - for a way to start my heart. It lies dormant in my chest and the pain of that is what keeps me going, a constant ache. I remember what it was like to feel alive - before everything went numb. The bright spark was darkened by a cold wind. I walk the earth in the shadows beneath the moon. Nobody knows my truth.
Yes my friends,
Today (according to the schedule ;) haha ) is the day of my son's birth. However, he decided to stay a little bit longer in mom's belly, I would say - good for him :D but we're looking forward to his birth.

it ends. like no more project 365. this is insane. one year has past. so much has happened in a year i can not even fathom how much has changed in myself and my life.
there are so many people to thank for touching my life in so many ways.
tomorrow will be epic. please come out and see it. it's gonna be big. a big collaboration. i love collaborations. :)

project 365: day 365
Only one day left, and almost where it all began. I started in a Dennys, and it almost ended in one.
Drove to Oklahoma to drop off the sister and Andrew, home for a bit, then hung out with Cory, got pants, met up with Josh and Desi for dinner. Good convos; tomorrow - the final day.
I cooked dinner this evening, for what felt like the first time in two months. Nothing too exciting: Grilled chicken, twice-baked potato for Cole and a corn souffle for me, and dinner rolls.
I also grabbed a sampler plate of tiny slices of cheesecake from the deli at the grocery store. The strawberry swirl was fantastic!
What else would you be doing on a Saturday morning, but lounging around in your dress?
