‘Winter shadows’……Amazing how low the sun is in the sky in winter - I noticed the shadows at lunchtime from a pot of Chrysanthemums on the garage wall! Nice to still have the odd flower about the garden in late November! Hope your week is going well & you are staying Covid safe. Alan:-)……

x - outdoor shots
The river that flows through our village is much higher than usual, after all the rain we have had. Along the right-hand side, you can see a partially submerged seat which usually sits on a walkway, well above above the water.
Autumn Tabletop……A busy day doing this & that so a trifle late thinking about my picture of the day by which time (4PM) my preferred natural light was getting scarce! I threw a few things out of the garden onto my tabletop in the hall, dialled in a couple of extra stops & about 2½ seconds later it was in the bag . As you can see I’m no flower arranger!! My other flatmate Richt, sporting his fetching Koala hat & terminator sunglasses, whilst surrounding himself with his own fresh creations.
My first go at using a gel tiny with the flash, hence the green tint of it all. I still can't get it centered though, the fact that the viewfinder is off-center makes it tricky to figure out how to frame it to get it spot on!
