Lake Sabrina before Sunrise. This is a single image edited using HDR software and Topaz Labs. Lake Sabrina is a great place to view the Fall colors in the Eastern Sierra's anytime of day.

I'm on vacation these days.

Hopefully I will be able to capture some good images of the stunning landscapes you find in the northern part of Norway.

This image is from Saltfjellet, a mountain area just above the Arctic circle.

I've used Oloneo Photoengine to give this image some more punch, almost HDR-style.

This Panorama is from Lake Moogerah. It's a HDR made from 7x3 exposures

Almost from my backyard in Asker. The light was so great on my way back from work, that I decided to stop and shoot some images.

This is a 5-image HDR using Oloneo Photoengine for the HDR processing. Hopefully it's not too "overcooked".

I've ended up starting 2014 with a HDR posting. Shot yesterday while out enjoying the possibility of being outdoors without rain or storm. The difficult light made me using HDR to see if it would help. It did.

This is a 5-shot HDR, processed using Oloneo Photoengine and LR4.

Shot one afternoon at Semsvann in Asker, Norway. (it's on the map in you need more details).

I had a hard time with the light this afternoon. this is a 5 shot HDR processed using Oloneo Photoengine. I tried my best to maintain the natural look and only work on the light. (if you look at the original size, you'll find some noise in some dark areas.... Should probably have gone wider with the bracketing).

As you see, there is already some ice on the water, a sure sign that landscape photography will be a cold adventure the next months.

I've taken a couple of these over the years and they are probably pretty much the same but I just can't get enough of them

Went to Lake Moogerah to catch the sunset and got a storm as well, two on one hook, not a bad evening

If someone thinks I've "over-used" this scene, they might be close. However, I am still intrigued by the shape and construction of this old diving tower. Being easily accessible for me does also lead to revisits to this place.

All the horrible news about the fire in Colorado got me thinking of the fire we had last year in Santa Barbara, I found this shot in my archive that wasn't processed yet (so i did some:-)

Just had to go out and shoot something, so good old Nudgee is always a good place to go.

The weather yesterday was so nice that I went straight from work to a small lake in Asker to make use of the last hour of decent light.

After getting around half the lake, I decided to try some bracketed exposures for HDR processing. This is a 5 shot HDR processed using Oloneo Photoengine.

I like this shot, even if the composition might look a bit untidy.

:-) This is an old shot (shocking uh!) that I was never happy with, no details in the foreground or blown sky, well I unleashed Oleneo and Topaz Adjust on it and got this.

1951 Mercury which seems to be a resident of Canal Street; been seeing it out there since at least 2010.
