I was not able to attend the 2021 Back to the Fifties car show but did manage to get a few photos at the registration event the day before.
This '51 or '52 Oldsmobile mild custom was an especially nice example.
A big surprise whilst sitting at a bus shelter today. I spotted this beauty approach and immediately stood up, pulled out my phone to get a shot as a couple of pedestrians walked into the frame, the driver stopped immediately and gave me time to get a decent photo of the wonderful curvy beauty. I was really pleasantly surprised 😀✌️. Oh, I didn't do any editing on this photo 👍😀

A while back I had access to a farm field that had a few old cars just sitting there rusting away. It was really neat looking around and taking photos of these autos.

I love these American 70s luxury 2-door coupe's. 7.0 litros, carburetors, white walls, long, wide, great designs. The era before the oil crisis was an honest time. I believe car manufacturers tried to build a car that would last. >2000kgs of steel, you get your money's worth.
I love this copperish brown color. It looks expensive. Big engine on the front wheels, FWD, drum brakes, leaf springs and heavy AF. I wouldn't race the thing.
