Just a good boy enjoying the sunshine.

.

Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.

Handed no# 1 wife the camera so

Mama could crawl onto my lap...;-)

Long day. No# 1 wife and I took

Legs The Zoomer into the dog

doctors clinic.Things went pretty

good with a couple of hick-ups.

Tomorrow Thailand starts in on

celebrating "Songkran."

Thai New Year's national holiday.

The dog clinic will be closed until

April 16. The Zoomer will return on

the morning of the 16th for a ck-up.

Had to make an executive decision.

Wait until after Songkran is over to

start fixing The Zoomer or start now

and keep a close eye on her for a

number of days at the nuns place.

As CEO of Abandoned Abused Street Dogs

I told them to start now and she'll be watched

over by the nuns and myself then returned on

the morning of the 16th for a ck up, easy deal.

Dead meat was trimmed off around the open

hole in her belly close to her belly-button.

Then noninvasive probing took place

where a lump was located close by.

X'ray reveled some swelling and

bruising but no actual tearing.

She's rapped, strapped and

stitched for the moment .

I feel comfortable with

that decision ........;-)

While no# 1 and I were waiting at the clinic

they came out with a thick folder and started

naming off all the dogs they have seen over

the last 7 years that I've brought in to be saved.

The ones no longer with us were culled from the

file and laughed at the new addition, "Baby Mickey."

So there ya go.

Songkran is considered the most

deadly 7 days on all the Thai roads !

Tomorrow I stay home and off the roads.

But Saturday I will be making a run out to

The Monkey Temple for the monthly meds.

And yes of course The Zoomer will be ck on.

From all the temple dogs, Thank You .........;-)

Thank You.

Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.

Photo no# 1 of # 2.

We left at 8AM this morning, returned home at 4PM.

Needless to say it was another very long hot day.

Mr Little Larry was taken into the dog clinic

where he was given a once over by the

dog doctor. Another injection was

given plus another injection

was picked up for Molly.

That's it in my hand.

In one week all the dogs receive another

anti-tic injection. In two weeks Mr Little Larry

will also receive the last in a series of his shots.

And by then I plan to have Mr Blondie into the

dog clinic to start on his series of inoculations.

This is all done through your heartfelt donations.

The photo in the comment section is

photo no# 2 which explains some-

more info about what's going on

out here at The Monkey Temple.

If, and I say if, I can get going in the

early morning I will do another run

out to the temple to feed and care

for all the animals. We'll see at 4:AM.

hoping the school bus comes home soon.

He didn't want to hang out or play or anything. He just wanted to lay in the sun and stare at me. Silly Old Man. :)

he doesn't like having his picture taken.

Chewy needs to soak his foot nightly and Mark is there to administer tough love if the paw leaves the bowl. CH CH!

whiskers turned grey by the years...

No more curling up in a tiny ball for this office co-worker thanks to Gramma’s gift. Willie can stretch out and be comfy with those old bones. #bigbarkerusa #oldmandog #williethesandman

Sam accompanied us to his first horse show! He's 14 years old this year and did great!!

Fall Classic TPEA Palomino Show, Athens, TX.

We have snow on the ground now (just 24 hours after this was taken) but it was 53 degrees outside and sunny at the time. Even Old Man, who doesn't like cold weather, was having a good time. :)

He doesn't like snow very much. Didn't help that it was near-whiteout conditions at the time.

This is his excited face.
