Within a few more years, trees and bushes will be growing through portions of the body of this old Chevrolet, one of more than four thousand automobiles colleced by the owners of Old Car City in White, Georgia. This place is a photographers dream.
The Pontiac brand of General Motors cars is no longer being produced. This old model now rests at "Old Car City" in White, Georgia, along with over four thousand other vintage American Automobiles. The venue is now a photographer's destination.
The vehicles, in various stages of decomposition, are only part of the lure. Blending in with the pines, oaks, moss and other vegetation, they generate stunning visuals.

Like most of the 4,300+ other automobiles at "Old Car City" (junkyard or art collection) in White, Georgia, this relic has truly come to the end of the road for its usable life. Wasting away on both the inside as well as on what survives of the outside, this 'beauty' serves as a prop for several of the thousands upon thousands of photographers who come here every year to photograph the rusting, overgrown cars and trucks of "Old Car City" in White, Georgia.
This old truck is one of about four thousand and four hundred old vehicles (1970's or older) that are in the 34 acre 'Junk Yard Attraction & Art Collection' at "Old Car City" in White, Georgia about 30-40 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia. Originally started as a small country store with a few old cars from which they sold parts, the 'junkyard' of automobiles grew and grew. Today, parts are no longer for sale but the location has become a destination for photographers from all over the USA and beyond. You pay an admission fee and wander through the almost six miles of trails photographing these wonderful classic old cars and trucks
Definitely a place of memories where you might find a car a younger you, your dad, or your grandfather once drove.

One of many thousands of views available of old, junk cars at the famous "Old Car City" in White, Georgia.
Old Car City in White, Georgia contains the worlds largest known classic car junkyard. Scattered over 34 acres are over 4,000 American-made cars, trucks, vans, etc. from the early 20th Century.
I believe this old truck has been parked a bit too long in its present position....long enough for a tree to actually grow up between the bumper and the front grill of the old vehicle. {Old Car City, Georgia}
