Literally the last model portrait shoot I've done in 2022. Been way more focused on events and clients. Can't buy lenses with models! [Please... don't... it's sarcasm... sorta].
That and I've been off IG since March. Mostly for a mental health break* from the artificial world. And then I haven't found much reason to get back involved if I'm not going to be 100% about reels.
*Do I miss doing model portrait shoots? A bit, yeah. But these days, it's been great for me to spend more of my time doing more productive things. Wish I could say "working out" was one of them! LOL
But the break also kinda revealed something. In 5 months, only one person from there even reached out with a "Hey, how're you doing? Haven't seen you on here in a while." And that was another photographer I've met once years ago. A wise person told me once "Don't go back on stage if the crowd isn't asking for an encore."
I think that's pretty valid.
