We did a little unexpected offroading on our way to Caracol and Rio on Pool today. Our lives flashed briefly before our eyes before we returned to the road and came to a stop. We thought with two blown tires and one flat spare, the day was a right off, but no, amazingly, we were still able to make it to both locations, and only an hour and a half later than expected.

After sinking in the muddy lake, being towed out, and using a tiny bowl to get rid of the muddy water, we got stuck again at the precipice of a ravine and had to be towed again!
