Tiger faced JHS WAG - 7 approaches Vaodara with 13 mins late running 19023 Mumbai Central (BCT) - Firozpur (FZR) Janta Express. It operates as train number 12471 from Bandra Terminus to Jammu Tawi and as train number 12472 in the reverse direction.
It would initially run from Mumbai Central. Later it was transferred to Bandra Terminus.
The 12471/72 Bandra Terminus Jammu Tawi Swaraj Express runs via Vadodara Junction, Ratlam Junction, Kota Junction, New Delhi, Ambala Cantonment Junction to Jammu Tawi.

This was a run I won't forget in a while! Front coach of train 11464, the Jabalpur Jn - Somnath Express (via Itarsi), for the, thankfully, short distance between Wankaner Jn and Rajkot Jn. Thursday 9th March 2017. Power was offlink ancient Vatva stalwart (and beast) WDM3A #18380 and not the now booked WDP4D.
A large family of Dailts barged onto the train at WKR and then proceeded to try and extract money from me, using various different tactics that included direct begging and attempts at embarassment. The grinning cocksure kid centre-left of the nine (count them!) kept making crude sexual gestures and getting the younger boys to display their private parts! An old Mother Hubbard matriach deployed the "poor me, I've got 16 mouths to feed" line. And a particularly pretty 20-something girl kept giving me the glad eye. Needless to say none of that was very effective, although I did promise to give them some money on arrival at Rajkot in a futile attempt to calm them down. When I did get the cash out it was like a feeding frenzy in a piranha tank!
All good fun in a hectic sort of way but their behaviour was terrible really (or if you're being sympathetic 'uninhibited') - like a troupe of monkeys. The regular Indians travelling with us seemed appalled. I just laughed at it all.
It does beg the age old question of whether they're inherently awful or if their poor treatment at the bottom of society's heap makes them that way, with nothing to lose or gain.
A P4 day for me THE REGULAR p5 & p7 getting trains also got p4
