When I came down to London I worked at these offices for an agency called The Weber Group. The company has long since disappeared into the mergers and name changes that occur in large marketing groups like IPG. I took this picture whilst waiting for Steve to go and see the Don't Panic exhibition at the Aram Gallery. The offices now house a research company.

Nuremberg, Germany ... Day 2.

This morning we walked up to Bayreutherstrasse, and along it as far as the building where my Tante Liese's flat was. That building is still there, and looks very much the same, except that her name is no longer on any of the doorbells.

We also passed by what used to be the Hotel Wolfshof, where my parents and I stayed in December 1967. That building is also still there, but it's no longer a hotel. It's an Italian restaurant now. I don't know what the rooms on the upper floors are now ... maybe apartments.

Much of it looks the same, although there are more buildings now, and the shops are not the same. The tram line is still there. We didn't see any trams during our walk.
