Shallow break forward to centre of 3 bays with pediment over. Windows to ground and first floors and cellar all early C19 two-light timber glazing bar casements in plain reveals with flat arch lintels and stone cills; 3 doors to ground floor centre of 8 panels, to right with 2 upper panels glazed. Shallow plinth; pilaster strips flanking centre; pediment with coping... EH Listing

Built on the land once owned and used by McDonnell Douglas when they were building commercial aircraft in Long Beach. This area, from my understanding will be both commercial and residential.
