Construction products used to complete the space included architectural metal partition systems, maple and cherry veneered doors, custom wood wall panels with stainless steel reveals, stainless steel wall base and granite flooring.
The facility has 2 main conference areas with visual and audio components for video conferencing and screen projection.
The trading floor has stand alone furniture with indirect lighting systems, supplemental air conditioning and a trading desk complete with an active trading "ticker" 30 feet in length.

Westbury Partners was found in 1995 and has become a leading provider of flexible preferred equity and subordinated debt capital. Westbury Partners decided to take space on the top floor 100 Motor Parkway, the Hauppauge Industrial Parks premier office complex. Their offices are lavishly appointed with cherry wood panels, aluminum and frosted glass, bamboo flooring, and vinyl wall covering.

TRITEC Building Company is cladding an existing glazed brick and panel building with "Dri-design" and Ombrae Wall panels for CD-adapco. The façade project includes a new glass vestibule and parapets, the project is part of a two-floor renovation TRITEC is doing at CD-adapco's corporate headquarters in Melville, NY. The project is expected to be completed in September of this year.
CD-adapco hired TRITEC to complete an interior fit-out of approximately 4,500 sq. ft. at another of the companies Long Island locations earlier this year.
